I Should Reconsider My Drinking Habits

What I fear from coffee is not jitters, per se, but those crushing headaches one gets when they stop drinking coffee…
For me, anything that optional that punishes you painfully for not consuming it (aside from say, ordinary food and water), is something to avoid getting hooked on.
That said, I still have about a cup and change a day.
Comment by Mike — January 30, 2008 @ 6:24 pmIf not the headaches, the reliance of the caffeine to keep one going throughout the day also makes a difference. Most people are crank asses until they get that first cup a joe.
That’s more of my experience out of the whole thing - mostly because I drink “power” drinks more than coffee. At least I am reverting back to pedaling the exercise bike to curb that reliance.

Comment by Mike — February 11, 2008 @ 3:19 pmIrritability is supposedly a withdrawal symptom separate from headaches.
